Our Story

Baile – Creative Studio was founded by Brazilians who grew up in underserved neighbourhood sin the outskirts of São Paulo and now call Ireland home.

Living abroad, the importance of speaking English became even clearer to us.

We know the language is a true
bridge to the world, but we also know that, unfortunately, this bridge is
accessible to very few in Brazil.

The Reality We Want to Change

Educational figures in Brazil highlight the scale of the challenge.
According to the British Council, it is estimated that only about 5% of the
Brazilian population has some knowledge of English, with just 1% being truly
fluent.

We genuinely believe that access to bilingualism is an opportunity
capable of transforming the future and opening new horizons for our children
and teenagers.

Our Social commitment

Your purchase makes a real difference to education in Brazil.

Even as a small, independent studio, still in its growth phase, we
understand that our size doesn't limit our dreams. We can—and must—play our
part.

Our passion for education, culture, and social impact has motivated us
to make a commitment for the entire year of 2026:

For every €50.00 spent on our official website, Baile will donate one bilingual book from our 'Colouring Brazil' collection to NGOs and public institutions teaching English to children and teenagers in vulnerable communities across Brazil

Donation Schedule (2026 Cycle)

To ensure organisation and total transparency with our customers and
partners, we will consolidate and dispatch donations every three months,
following this calendar:

Transparency and Criteria

To make everything crystal clear, here is how it works:

1. Eligible Purchases

The donation calculation is based on the net value of each
purchase (i.e., the final amount after discounts and excluding shipping costs).

• Returns and Cancellations: If an order is cancelled or returned, we consider the final effective value (after the refund) to the amount that will generate donations.

2. Selection of Books

Baile reserves the right to choose which titles from the "Pintar o
Brasil" collection will be donated in each cycle. We will decide this
based on our stock availability and, most importantly, on what the partner
institutions need most at that time.

3. Beneficiaries

Transparency is essential to us. We will share periodically in our
Newsletter and on our social media channels which NGOs received the books,
sharing the impact our community helped generate.

4. Duration

This campaign applies to purchases made between 06/01/2026 and
31/12/2026, and may be extended.

Rules are subject to change or early termination. Any amendments or cancellation will be notified on this page with 15 days' notice prior to the new rules taking effect.
